More and more children are wearing glasses even in kindergarten. In recent years, an increase in nearsightedness has also been observed in schools. This raises the question of whether there is a connection between the required near vision in schools and visual impairments. Many parents now find it important to support their children in a way that keeps their eyes healthy and vibrant. Children with alert eyes learn more easily and are better equipped to meet the demands of reading and writing. To strengthen eyesight, vision training is often used. There are already many books on this topic for adults. However, not all exercises are suitable for small children, as they tend to reject dry training after a relatively short time. In this book, Marianne Wiendl takes a different, playful approach. She has adapted the vision exercises in a child-friendly manner, working with many children and colleagues.
