Taxi driver Victor knows every street and shortcut in the city. Everyone loves riding with him because he is simply the nicest, best, and most experienced taxi driver around. Victor actually enjoys his job very much, but one day he becomes terribly bored. Therefore, he decides to play pranks on his passengers for a change. He doesn't take the excited child to the fair, but instead lets them out at the city library. The vengeful ghost doesn't end up at the dentist as desired, but in front of the door of a crazy person who lives all alone in the middle of nowhere. The bossy queen arrives at the hairdresser's, even though she actually wanted to return to her kingdom. Day after day, Victor plays new tricks on his passengers until one day a very special passenger gets into his taxi. This passenger now leads Victor around by the nose and takes him to various places.
