The so-called World Climate Council IPCC still enjoys great respect. The public is told that its publications meet the highest scientific standards, as they are created by the best experts in the world. This book demonstrates that this is far from the case and that the IPCC is unwilling to address serious issues. The council resembles an incorrigible juvenile delinquent more than a genuine scientific institution.
