Annegret Hahn (born 1951 in Gramzow, Uckermark) is a German dramaturg, director, and theater manager. She studied theater studies in Leipzig and subsequently worked at several theaters as a dramaturg and director. In 2001, she took over the management of the Thalia Theater Halle. In 2005, she directed the world premiere of Durs Grünbein's "Vom Schnee oder Descartes in Deutschland" as part of the Handel Festival. In 2006, she directed the next world premiere with the staging of "Paradise Lost" by John Milton. Annegret Hahn also directed the East German premiere of Heiner Müller's "Philoktet." In his biography, the light artist Gert Hof presented himself as the first performer of this piece. This claim, along with his somewhat exaggerated or fabricated past as a Stasi victim and dissident, has been proven to be false.
