It is ideal for use in the home, handicrafts, repairs, and construction. UHU metall has exceptional temperature resistance from -20°C to +125°C and is resistant to moisture, oil, grease, diluted acids, and diluted alkalis. It works well with metal and metal alloys (steel, aluminium), as well as wood, glass, leather, rubber, and many plastics. However, it is not suitable for soft PVC, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene.
