Two women in search of happiness. At first, Jenny is thrilled to learn that her late great-aunt has left her a house on Sylt. It seems perfect as a vacation spot, and she can rent it out for the rest of the year. However, she soon discovers that she must live in the house for a year to claim her inheritance. With a heavy heart, Jenny leaves her boyfriend in Stuttgart and heads to the North Sea. But upon her arrival, she is prevented from entering her new home by detective Hannah Stein – a body has been found in her seaside house. Eager to assist Hannah with the investigation, Jenny finds herself falling not only for Sylt but also for the charming doctor Tim Schönberg. However, he is already taken.
