Interrupting gives us room to breathe. Sunday interrupts the week, vacation interrupts work time. Johann Baptist Metz describes interruption as the shortest definition of religion. A special interruption is Lent. We question habits, suspend something for a certain period, or set ourselves a special goal during this time. The texts in this volume provide inspiration for this.
