Zachary Buzz leaves his parents' farm to go to Myjoy. Myjoy is a gigantic city where everything revolves around amusement. His dream is to join the Urban Interceptors, the best police force in the world. Myjoy is a totalitarian state where every movement of its residents is monitored. Yet, young women continue to be murdered, their mutilated bodies found in the dark corners of the city. When the investigating officer is also murdered, Isham El Ghellab, the best Urban Interceptor, is tasked with solving the case, and the hunt for the killer is staged as a dramatic TV game in which the viewers participate.
