Curtis Stone is the owner and operator of Green City Acres, a commercial urban farm based in Kelowna, BC. On less than half an acre, spread across several urban plots, Green City Acres grows vegetables for farmers' markets, restaurants, and retail stores. After five successful seasons, Curtis has demonstrated that it is possible to grow an extraordinary amount of food in a garden and make a good living from it. During his quieter months, Curtis works as a speaker, teacher, and consultant, sharing his story to inspire a new generation of farmers.
