These classical elements of osteopathic treatment involve initiating rhythmic movements at various points on the body, aligned with the major body axes. The book describes these harmonic techniques as well as the biomechanical and physiological foundations, and explains their application in practice. In the accompanying video, the author demonstrates the techniques and their application on a patient step by step. With the "course in a book," the therapy method is easy to learn.
