The work examines the copyright aspects of cloud computing, focusing on the licensing of film works. It elaborates on the technical and legal aspects involved, with particular emphasis on contract law. This is followed by an introduction to the practice of licensing film works in both online and offline contexts, as well as a comprehensive analysis of streaming technologies. The investigation initially presents the technology, followed by its legal classification, and concludes with an examination of the limitations provisions. Finally, the results are summarized in a methodological business model.
