The subject of this introductory textbook is the creation of a seminar paper in the humanities and social sciences. Based on the results of writing process research and years of teaching experience, a concept has been developed that breaks down writing into individual activities, such as introducing, structuring, arguing, revising, and so on. Each chapter includes: theoretical explanations, authentic examples from seminar papers, exemplary analyses of the components of a seminar paper, tabular overviews of important features of text structure, and easily understandable representations of central elements of seminar papers.
