The now 10th edition of this exercise book has been completely revised, supplemented, and expanded. The new edition continues to be shaped by the proven didactic preparation, aimed at facilitating the reader's access to Civil Law and, beyond that, to Commercial, Corporate, and Labor Law. For each area of law, a brief overview of the essential regulatory areas is provided as orientation. This is followed by a systematically organized section with review questions and the corresponding answers. In a third part, practical cases are presented to train inductive understanding and deepen the material covered. The exercise book is intended as a "Private Law Internship"; it serves both as an introduction to Private Law and as a means of repetition and deepening of the subject matter.
