The training has proven to be effective in promoting health and coping with the stresses faced by educational professionals, based on Aaron Antonovsky's salutogenic approach. It includes a series of concrete suggestions and exercises organized thematically according to learning objectives and content, which can be implemented based on specific tasks. It can be used as a self-learning program, applied in the context of supervision and counseling in the social-pedagogical field, and utilized for further training in this context. Parts of the training program can also be adapted by educational professionals for their own target groups, such as students, youth in community centers, etc.
