How do I become a competent, systemically acting professional? There are countless and distinctly different paths to learning and education. Nevertheless, consulting learning is tied to prerequisites, success factors, and certain developmental laws. Marc Weinhardt reports on the targeted establishment and use of such prerequisites and success factors – referred to as professionalization in the social sciences. Readers are encouraged to reflect on their own learning and educational processes and to make their own learning a case study. Three case examples illustrate how this can be done.
