Dr. Bernhard Thurn is a retired senior teacher. He studied educational sciences, and in his second degree, German studies, philosophy, and pedagogy. He was a teacher and school principal for many years, later working at educational institutes and in teacher training. He earned his PhD in German studies. Thurn was a lecturer in primary education and theater pedagogy at the University of Frankfurt. He has published several stories and novels for children and adults.
