This cookbook features 60 vegan and gluten-free recipes that range from very simple to somewhat more elaborate. Most recipes are free from soy products and do not include pre-made or semi-finished ingredients. The recipes come not only from the author Beatrice Schmidt but also from other dedicated food bloggers and cookbook authors. This adds a special touch and variety to the recipes. To keep the selling price low and to conserve our natural resources, the dishes are intentionally not illustrated. Additionally, there are no colored pages in this wonderful collection of recipes. 50 cents from each sold book will be donated.
