Additionally, the handbook includes a sample section at the end with typical defense motions, defense documents, and other correspondence, such as letters to clients, their liability insurance, and informational letters for clients. Furthermore, the new edition addresses topics related to hit-and-run incidents abroad with corresponding explanations and overviews. Among other things, the following topics have been newly revised: the new case law of the Federal Court of Justice regarding the perpetrator leaving the accident scene after the other parties involved, as well as the current case law on public matters.
