The present book on forest valuation and property appraisal is divided into two parts: The first part addresses the theory of this subject according to the current state of science, referencing the existing literature. In contrast, the second part teaches the application of theoretical science to practical cases and illustrates it with numerous examples. We also found it of practical value to include an excerpt of the most important provisions of the relevant laws and regulations at the beginning of each section, as practitioners may not always be able to easily and quickly access these when needed.
