Sensational discoveries! More than 10,000 years ago, artificial underground networks were created in Europe, which were sealed off for unexplained reasons in the 16th century. Only a few remnants, now mostly referred to as "Erdställe," remain accessible. Just a few years ago, the entrances to these prehistoric underground structures were uncovered in Styria, which are likely the true gateways to the underworld. Several hundred underground sites have already been researched and partially scientifically examined in East Styria. Studies by Karl Franzens University in Graz and Purdue University in the USA have calculated an approximate age of over 10,000 years for these structures using TCN dating. This is not a regionally limited phenomenon. In Lower Austria, private individuals have discovered sites beneath the old town.
