Product details
What significance does trust have for creative performance and innovations? What enables us to trust others and very different people? Why is diversity beneficial for social, technical, and organizational innovations within the dynamics of internationalization in an increasingly pluralistic society? This work examines trust in relevant scientific disciplines and integrates these insights with the knowledge and experiences from creativity and network research. The focus is on identifying criteria that play a role in building trust among diverse actors in innovation networks. The author explores how these criteria can be positively shaped.
