The upcoming amendment to the Administrative Procedure Act necessitates a fourth edition. This edition remains committed to the goal of presenting a coherent work that avoids unnecessary complexity and addresses relevant issues in a manageable format, particularly for practitioners, but also for students and academia. The new edition not only reliably systematizes and comments on national developments in case law but also on the developments in administrative procedural law at the European level.
