Against the backdrop of numerous guidelines, regulations, standards, and other provisions in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the book provides a solid introduction to the subject. It aims to present the exposure of humans and the environment to electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic fields in an objective and scientific manner, from which limit values and regulations can be derived. It offers a comprehensive overview of all current sources, evaluates them, and presents a coherent concept for EMC measurements.
