Various solutions are thoroughly and clearly described. Therefore, "Hochbaukonstruktion" consciously refrains from easily accessible recipes and instead relies on the willingness of architecture students and architects to acquire fundamental knowledge of construction technology and to develop an understanding of the structural relationships, so that they can independently devise solutions based on a nuanced understanding of the specific situation. The work has been revised and updated in key areas based on practical construction experience. The sections have undergone a complete reworking.
