Andrew Derek Taylor (August 1, 1986, in Hartlepool) is an English football player who is currently under contract with Cardiff City in the Football League Championship. Andrew Taylor learned to play football in the youth system of Middlesbrough FC as a defender. In his first season with Boro, he made seven league appearances as a starter but did not manage to establish himself as an alternative for the regular players. Therefore, he was loaned to Bradford City in Football League One for the 2005/06 season.
