Product details

A large majority of German employees consider wage cuts and layoffs to be unjust. The authors analyze perceptions of justice within the population as well as the consequences of actions in employment organizations. They investigate whether and to what extent principles of procedural and distributive justice, the context of the workplace and household, general sociodemographic characteristics, and value orientations influence the assessment of personnel policy measures. Finally, the results are compared with preliminary studies from the USA and Canada.
