This volume examines a current study on the prevalence, extent, and causes of deviant and delinquent behavior in childhood and adolescence. Delinquent behavior in this age group is described in light of various dimensions of social inequality. For comparison, deviant behavior is also included in the empirical examination of explanatory approaches.
