In the discourse of organizational diversity management, the Other continues to be constructed as the 'Non-Rational,' which, due to its otherness, represents an economic resource that enables creativity and innovation. However, the condition is that it must be managed, meaning rationally controlled and kept in check - the irrational Other is rationalized. The incorporation of this non-rational Other can thus be considered rational and allows organizations to persist as dramatic representations of the myths of rationality that permeate modern societies.
