The socio-political significance of successful educational, care, and upbringing processes points to one of the central challenges for municipalities: the further development of their educational and upbringing landscapes. How is the interplay between youth services, schools, young people, and especially parents promoted? How is the topic of violence prevention integrated across systems into the ongoing development, and how does cooperation among all professional and non-professional actors, particularly parents, succeed? The authors focus on parental involvement and violence prevention within the framework of a practice research project as key and cross-cutting themes for shaping educational and upbringing landscapes. They present good practices, particularly models and tools that can be used in educational and upbringing landscapes.
