Product details
Sonja Kubisch and Mario Störkle examine civic engagement and the experiential knowledge of older people, which is becoming increasingly important against the backdrop of demographic change. Using the project "Innovage" as an example, the authors investigate, through a qualitative and reconstructive study, how volunteers self-organize within networks and how they shape their engagement in cooperation with civil society organizations based on their experiential knowledge. Additionally, they explore how this practice is perceived by the cooperation partners.
