Product details

Power makes no noise; it is present and effective (Albert Schweitzer). Due to the very dynamic developments in the energy sector's framework conditions, completing this dissertation required a significant amount of time. In recent years, the political, legal, and institutional context for the market introduction of renewable energies has continuously and fundamentally changed with the introduction of competition in national energy sectors. Therefore, I owe special thanks to many individuals. In chronological order, I would first like to mention Professor Héritier, who, as the former co-director of the Max Planck Project Group on the Law of Common Goods in Bonn, enabled me to embark on this doctoral project. I would also like to thank Professor Engel from my time in Bonn, who allowed me to continue my endeavor.
