This introduction to ethnography is aimed at all social scientists who wish to conduct ethnographic research. Ethnography should be understood, in the strictest sense, as field research. At the same time, this can be expanded through a variety of methodological approaches by referring back to the empirical toolbox. It is also important to focus on the subject matter when writing.
