This text marks the conclusion of the research project "Employment in Financial Services in Transition: Corporate Strategies and Individual Action Options," funded by the Commission for the Study of Social and Political Change in the New Federal States (KSPW) e.V. The funding period lasted 24 months and facilitated the employment of Iris Peinl and Catrin Stock as research associates, Michael Frey as a student assistant, and Maria Hasterok, who is thanked for completing extensive writing tasks and for the technical finalization of the report. Additionally, the research associates Martina Skogvall and Olaf Struck-Möbbeck, as well as the students Silke Grüner, Irina Kohlrnetz, Katja Lipp, Liane Pönack, and Sandra Wagner, played a significant role in the progress and success of the work.
