Innovation as a permanent creative effort and systematic implementation of the new is considered a core institution of modern economy. Currently, we are witnessing an expansion into all fields, types, and phases of innovation: the thesis is that innovation processes are increasingly viewed reflexively in light of information about innovations, shaped by a broader distribution of more actors and heterogeneous instances, and executed situationally oriented towards changing and mixed guiding references. Reflexive innovation in this sense becomes the driving force of the innovation society.
