As in the first volume of the series "European Cultures in Business Communication," this collection also provides young researchers from various disciplines the opportunity to publish their theses in summarized form. Many of these works can offer interesting contributions to research based on small-scale but carefully conducted empirical studies, yet they often receive little attention beyond the confines of their own university. The aim of this volume is to make such research findings accessible to an interested public and to provide a multidisciplinary forum for emerging scholars. All the works gathered here focus on the topic of internal communication and examine it from various perspectives.
