School and peer culture are subject to a tension that has so far been only minimally addressed both theoretically and empirically. This study addresses this gap by reconstructing the perspectives of adolescents aged twelve to eighteen on the educational approach of Positive Peer Culture in the school context. Its aim is to engage young people in pedagogically initiated discussion circles, allowing them to discuss topics and concerns that are relevant to their lives. In addition to providing new empirical insights into the relationship between peer relationships and educational programs, the study also presents the methodological implementation and reality of Positive Peer Culture in the school context.
