In her dissertation, Regina Remsperger examines the sensitive responsiveness of educational professionals in their everyday interactions with preschool children. The video study allows for a nuanced description of sensitive responsiveness and shows how the degree of sensitivity changes during individual interactions between educators and children. The presentation of specific interactions in pedagogical and child interaction behavior illustrates how children themselves influence the behavior of professionals, and also provides important insights into how interaction situations in the daily life of daycare centers can be designed more successfully.
