Unemployment and long-term unemployment are among the serious problems faced by modern societies in dynamic, global economic contexts. Traditional career paths often no longer provide reliable security. When people lose their jobs, it can easily lead to long-term unemployment, with severe consequences for their social situation as well as their mental and physical health. Overcoming this situation is very challenging. Many individuals are left without significant support. This report discusses a project in which unemployed men and women, with the assistance of dedicated experts from fields such as psychology, neurobiology, social research, business, management, counseling, and coaching, seek and find pathways out of unemployment through an innovative approach to social strategy development and mutual support.
