Of all the cities in the world, Monte Carlo is certainly one of the most glamorous. The fact that Bertrand and Cary have chosen to get married there, instead of in a quaint English town, is due to Bertrand's mysterious boss. The gambler from the eighth floor makes him an offer he can't refuse.
