Annelie Wagenstaller was the youngest master miller in Germany when she passed her master exam at the age of 21. She operates a picturesque, historic mill in the Chiemgau region, which has been in her family for five generations and can be visited through guided tours. In the attached natural food store, along with flour and bread, other regional products are also sold. Mrs. Wagenstaller hosts well-attended bread baking courses.
