PMC (Private Military Company) Wagner is a private Russian security and military company whose units operate covertly and are considered particularly brutal. Wagner was active during the Russian takeover of Crimea and in Syria, Sudan, Angola, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique, and is currently fighting in Ukraine as well.
