For the 19th completely revised edition of this standard work, all illustrations have been revised and modernized according to a uniform color concept. The chapter on General Anatomy, as originally intended by Waldeyer, is reintroduced in an edited form. All chapters have been content-wise revised by a highly qualified team of editors and authors, uniformly structured, and specifically tailored to the needs of medical students.
