I often marvel at the sheer diversity and abundance of life that goes far beyond the normal human frame of reference. Like a goldfish in its glass bowl, we are enclosed in our personal realities. Beyond our small personal physical realities lies the immense expanse of the greater metaphysical reality. Throughout my life, I have learned that it is possible to move with my metaphysical light body in this larger reality. I wander between worlds. In this book, I visit the galaxy in which we physically live, with which we, lost in our illusions of separation, merely maintain a long-distance relationship. I can assure you, we are not alone in the universe. I metaphysically enter a black hole and have an experience that exceeds my wildest dreams.
