Max Goldt, born in 1958 in Göttingen, moved to Berlin in 1977 after graduating from high school, where he began training as a photographer. However, he dropped out and turned to music. Goldt, who has been writing columns for Titanic since 1989, is also a musician and writes radio plays and comics.
