This volume includes in Chapter 1 the most important statements on warming up with the ball. Chapters 2, 3, 4, and 5 present a total of three times 16 and once 14 mostly new ball games and exercise forms using the foot, hand, racket, and mixed methods, clearly illustrated and developed from daily practice in schools and clubs. In the concluding Chapter 6, the bibliography lists the most important specialist books and journals for the author.
