Vintage 1959 - we were born as the era of rock 'n' roll came to an end and the Mini Cooper became a cult object. We experienced the arrival of the Sandman in our living rooms, drank raspberry soda and Sunkist, and sweetened our lives with Negerbrot and Stollwerck. We bought the first vinyl records from ABBA and Queen, read Bravo, and sewed wedges into our pant legs. Raised to be obedient, we set out into a new era, enjoying freedom, progress, and the emerging prosperity.
