For 13 years, Zapf, also known as Falk Holzapfel, has worked as an illustrator and author. He has illustrated many books, written some himself, worked for board game publishers and animation studios, and developed character designs. He lives in Vienna and has no plans to leave the city. Carlos Arroyo lives in Barcelona and has been working as an illustrator and character designer for over 30 years. He has worked on well-known animated series such as Momo and Pettersson and Findus, but his greatest love is for comics. In recent years, he has collaborated with the studio Comicon on numerous German children's comic series.
