If we imagine the world's population as the residents of a village with one hundred people, what would this village look like? Each person in the village would represent 67,500,000 people from the real world. What nationalities would the people belong to? What languages would they speak? How old would they be? What would they eat? How many of them could read and write? How would they live? And: What would the future of this village look like? Questions upon questions. With a world population of more than 6.5 billion people, it's hard to grasp the answers. However, when based on a village of just one hundred people, they suddenly become tangible and understandable.
