Safe for everyone! Thinking and calculating is presented with a particularly structured range of tasks. To enable children to work independently with their math book, more space is given to the introduction of new task formats and all symbols used in the book. There are increasingly tasks that encourage guessing, experimenting, and reasoning. Children learn to approach problems systematically and develop their own strategies. Calculation conferences and partner work tasks promote the connection of content-related and process-related competencies – in line with the new educational plan!
