Listening, understanding, implementing - this new series trains and reinforces listening comprehension around the initial vocabulary through these three steps. The tasks in this series are designed for children who are at the beginning of the German learning process. They deepen, solidify, and repeat the basic vocabulary that has been previously covered in class. The centerpiece of each learning unit is a soundtrack on the included audio CDs. The child completes the playfully designed tasks on the corresponding worksheet while the audio is playing and can check their answers against a small self-assessment tool to see if they are correct. Writing and reading skills are not required: all worksheets, except for numbers and definite articles, are completely text-free. The instructions and vocabulary embedded in simple sentence structures are clearly articulated by professional speakers and spoken slowly enough for the children to follow effortlessly.
